Return and Exchange Policy (Applicable only for orders delivered to Hong Kong)
- Dolphin eShop promises to provide you with a '7-day unconditional return and exchange' (excluding promotional products or specified products) from the date you receive the product (based on the date of signing). You can return or exchange any product you purchased on the Dolphin eShop website for any reason or unconditionally within 7 days from the date of receipt (excluding special price products or specified products, please refer to the details of individual products). Except for product quality issues, all products are only allowed to be exchanged once, and can only be exchanged for the same style and color. Customers need to bear the round-trip freight.
Please return the product to be returned as soon as possible along with the return/exchange number. If we do not receive the returned product within 7 days from the date of creation, the system will automatically cancel the related return/exchange application. We will not be able to process your return/exchange application.
For the application of unconditional return and exchange, please make sure that the product for return and exchange is brand new and has not been used or washed. That is, the product for return and exchange must still be in the condition when it was purchased and meet the conditions for secondary sales. The following four aspects have specific requirements:
• The product must still be in good condition as when it was originally purchased. That is, there are no scratches, wear or damage on the surface of the product, and it has not been used; the product can maintain its original quality and function.
• The product's outer packaging is intact, without damage, smudging, or any external objects such as tape or courier bills attached.
• All related accessories (such as product warranty cards, dust-proof packaging or other accessories for some products) and related gifts must be returned together.

- Defects and product quality issues (only applicable to the return/exchange/refund process for defective products. There are other restrictions)
- For certain specially marked discounts or promotional activities, the entire order must be returned. Partial return and refund applications will not be accepted.
For products based on health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to make the final decision
(Examples: earplugs, nose clips, breathing tubes and mouthpieces, swimming caps, intimate clothing (including all types of swimsuits and swimming trunks, etc...).
Regarding color difference, the picture does not match the problem: all product pictures due to the shooting angle, computer screen color difference, shooting light and other factors, the photo and the real thing will be slightly different, the product is subject to the real thing, the company does not accept the return request for this reason
Return of defective products
If you believe the product is defective, you can choose to return it. Please ensure that the returned product meets the following return requirements:
Swimwear : Within 30 days from the date of receipt, if there are quality problems not caused by humans, such as: zipper damage, accessories on clothes, ironing and falling off, and other obvious serious defects.
Swimming Equipment : Within 30 days from the date of receipt, if there are quality problems not caused by humans, such as: backpack printing falling off, swimming goggles frame falling off.
If the product is not listed above, please contact us for inquiries. If the application for return of defective products does not meet the above requirements, Dolphin eShop will not be able to accept it and has the final decision right.
Return process:
A) Orders delivered to Hong Kong:
If your order needs to be returned, please make sure your order meets the return and exchange standards. You can handle the return through online consultation or telephone service hotline. Please follow the steps below:
1. Please provide the order number so that our customer service can create a return code for you.
2. Choose the appropriate return method:
1) SF Express door-to-door pickup (including Lantau Island, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan. Other outlying islands and restricted areas are temporarily not applicable);
2) You need to personally deliver the product to the nearby SF Express store for return;
Choose to return via other courier companies.
- After we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible according to your needs.
- Regarding the packaging of the returned product, please prepare a separate complete bag, properly package the returned product, delivery note or order, and write the return application number on the delivery note or paper, and send it back to Yongtai Co., Ltd. warehouse together. (Please do not use the product's original transparent packaging bag as the return outer packaging to avoid losing the product during transportation.)
- Regarding the return and exchange handling fee, you need to bear the round-trip shipping and related handling fees.
- For return order requests, we do not accept returns of individual items in an order, we can only accept returns of the entire order.
B) Orders delivered to Macau:
If your order needs to be returned, please ensure that your order meets the return and exchange standards. You can choose to consult online or handle returns through the telephone service hotline. Please follow the steps below:
1. Please provide the order number so that our customer service can create a return code for you.
2) You need to deliver the product to the nearby SF Express store for return;
Please prepare the necessary documents (invoice, return code, etc...).
*Please note that if an order shipped to Macau needs to be returned, after we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible according to your needs.

Exchange Process (Only applicable to orders shipped to Hong Kong)
If you need to exchange goods, please follow the steps below within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product (except for promotional products or designated products, please refer to the details of individual events for details):
1. Please provide the order number so that our customer service can create an exchange code for you.
2. You need to personally deliver the product to the nearby SF Express store to return the product;
3. After we receive your product and confirm that there is no problem, we will send out the exchange product.
- Orders shipped to Macau do not currently support exchange services.
- When returning products that need to be exchanged, please be sure to write the exchange order number on the delivery note or paper and send it back with the package, otherwise you will bear the risk of exchange and bear the round-trip shipping costs yourself.
- The new product for exchange will be sent to the shipping address of your original order. If you need to change it, please choose a new shipping method and address when submitting the exchange application.
- If you apply for an exchange, you cannot apply for a return before the exchange is completed; if some of the products in your order have applied for an exchange, the remaining products in the order cannot apply for an exchange before the exchange is completed.

- If your payment is made online, after we receive your returned product, we will generally return your payment to your payment account within 4-7 working days. (The actual arrival date is subject to the processing cycle of banks, WeChat, Alipay, etc.)
Reasons for not being able to return or exchange:
If the following situations occur, we cannot assist in handling returns and exchanges:
- - Does not meet the "7-day unconditional return or exchange" or "7-day unconditional return or exchange" standard
- - Improper use of the product, including but not limited to contact with particularly damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, cooking oil, overheating, etc.

- - The product fades due to display reasons
- - The appearance of the product is unclean
- - Non-online sales products (if purchased in a department store, please ask the department store about returns and exchanges.)
- - Sale products do not accept returns or exchanges (special prices are marked in the upper left corner of the picture)

Cancel Order
- Customers cannot cancel the order after placing the order and making payment, but can negotiate before the goods have not been shipped from this website.-Please Whatsapp or call us to help you cancel manually. To cancel an order, customers need to pay a handling fee and delivery fee.
