The SL109 is designed specifically for long-distance swimming resistance training. Resistance bands/tow ropes can enhance the endurance and strength of all swimmers. Different sized slots offer an infinite number of resistance combinations and are compatible with turning movements. It is also suitable for endurance swimming training, resistance water walking, running, and lunges. It is the ideal choice for group aquatic fitness classes to conduct high-intensity training, triathlon athlete training, and aquatic rehabilitation.
The unique design of SL109 includes an adjustable 44-inch/1.1-meter belt, a 6.5-foot/1.9-meter nylon tow rope, and a parachute that provides underwater resistance. The tow rope can be connected to multiple parachutes simultaneously to achieve higher resistance levels. All components are interchangeable. There are four sizes available.
