The S101 includes two paddles connected to two 4ft/1.2 m tubes and a combination mounting loop. Sold as a unit only. No removable components or replacement parts. Not interchangeable. Available in five resistance levels.

Use S101's swimming resistance paddles to enhance strength and technique

Swimmers usually need to practice laps and perfect breathing exercises in the swimming pool. This tool allows swimmers to perform their own technical training underwater.

Please fix the mounting ring to a fixed object, and then use the stretch wire to simulate your strokes and arm movements. Swimming resistance boards will help keep your hands flat and relaxed, while improving strength and flexibility. The swimming stretch rope has the feeling and resistance of swimming pull you usually feel in the water. StrechCordz® can even reduce your training time!
