Hello, in order to prevent customers from not being able to find order information, Dolphin eShop does not support guest shopping. Please register by email.

If you place an order to purchase, you must complete the payment within 15 minutes, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.

Please select the product you need. If it can be added to the shopping cart, it means it is in stock. Otherwise, it is not available. (Pre-ordered products are not subject to this restriction)

Each order can only be exchanged once, but some products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic conditions. For returns, please refer to the Returns and Refunds section below on the website.

You can cancel the "Submitted and Unpaid" status order you created at any time; if the order has been paid or needs to be canceled when it is ready to be shipped, please contact our customer service staff.

If the order has been submitted, you can contact the customer service staff of the Dolphin eShop online store to make changes for you. To avoid misunderstandings, please contact us at the phone number or email where you placed the order.

Please log in as a Dolphin eShop online store member to check the status of the order. If the goods are shipped, there will be a tracking number.

After the order is successfully placed, the system will send it out within 7 working days after the payment is successful based on the delivery address and phone number you filled in. It is expected to be delivered within 1-2 working days. The delivery time is subject to the official express website announcement.

The normal delivery time of SF Express is 19:00 on the same day. If there are special circumstances, you can call SF Express to make an appointment, and delivery will be available at 21:00 at the latest. SF service hotline: (852)2730 0273

After the products you ordered are delivered to your designated convenience store or SF outlet, we will keep your products for 3 days and send you a "Pickup Reminder" text message during this period. If you have not picked up the product on the 3rd day, this order will be temporarily stored in an SF Express store and you will be contacted by phone to arrange for re-delivery. If the delivery is not successful on the 5th day, the order will be automatically canceled and the product will be taken back. . If you have already paid, your money will be returned to the account from which the payment was made, minus the handling fee. If you still want to purchase this product, please re-order.

If the payment is successful, you can see that the order status is processed in My Account, and you will also receive an email notifying you. (If the payment is not successful, you will see a payment button on your account page, which you can click. Pay again)
