Please log in as a Dolphin eShop online store member to check the status of the order. If the goods are shipped, there will be a tracking number.
After the order is successfully placed, the system will send it out within 7 working days after the payment is successful based on the delivery address and phone number you filled in. It is expected to be delivered within 1-2 working days. The delivery time is subject to the official express website announcement.

在你訂購的產品配送到你指定的便利店或順豐站點後我們會保留你的產品 3 天,請到順豐網站下載APP才會得到取件碼,如 3 天內仍未派送成功,本訂單將自動取消,產品將被收回。若你已經付款,你的款項將會扣除手續費後退回付款的帳戶。如你仍要購買該產品,請重新訂購。(所有資料以順豐網站公佈為準)
