Delete Account & Data

We respect your privacy and data rights, and provide a clear and transparent way to delete your account and all Platform Data.

How to Delete Your Account

• Go to the “Account Details” page and select “Delete Account.”
• You will be asked to verify your identity for security purposes.
• Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated immediately and all pending orders will be automatically canceled.

Data Deletion Process

• Immediate Removal: Platform Data such as user ID, email address, and session metadata will be permanently deleted.
• No Retention: We do not retain deleted data in backend systems, caches, or backups.
• Legal Exceptions: Certain data may be retained only if required by law, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Important Notes

• After deletion, your account and data cannot be restored.
• To use our services again, you will need to create a new account.
